I’m not proud to say that my online purchasing decisions are usually based on web design. My experience with appealing, but lousy custom-writing services should’ve taught me better. The first impression of EssayThinker.com was quite positive. The website looks fine and the prices seem reasonable. Nevertheless, the experience I had with this service doesn’t make it worthy of my recommendation.
You can see a dropdown list of services in the short order form featured at the home page. EssayThinker.com doesn’t provide a wide range of services; but the most commonly requested papers are available for order. The menu features essay, term and research paper, UK essay, book review, research summary, personal statement, case study, dissertation, and few other services.
You can set the academic level for each type of service. The available choices are High School, Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Master’s, and PhD.
The prices vary according to the deadline, type of assignment, and academic level you choose. These are the quotes per page set in the available categories:
- High School – $12.99 – $39.99 per page;
- Freshman – $13.99 – $39.99 per page;
- Sophomore – $15.55 – $41.99 per page;
- Junior – the prices start from $17.55 and go up to $42.99 per page;
- Senior – $17.99 – $43.99;
- Master’s – from $18.55 to $43.99 per page for shortest deadline of 8 hours, and
- PhD – from $19.55 to $41.99 per page (the shortest deadline available for this option is 24 hours, hence the lower final price).
The pricing system is too complicated for my taste. There is no need for so many categories when the quotes are set with minimal differences. Anyway, I ordered an essay of Junior (College 3rd year) level and got a price of $62.97 for three pages. The final price was reduced for 15% with the discount code I used as a new customer.
The ordering process didn’t take much time. I appreciate the accessibility of the order form right from the home page. I entered the information about my paper and got instant price estimation. When I hit the Order Now button, I was taken to a more detailed form that requested more guidance for the essay I wanted to receive. So far so good!
Then I paid for the paper and waited for a writer to start working on it. I got the content on time, but it was far from the quality I expected.
Contact with the Writer
When I was reading through the website before placing the order, I noticed that EssayThinker.com promised constant communication with my assigned writer. I didn’t get such support. When I contacted the support to complain that I wasn’t able to access my writer, the representative told me: “don’t worry; your initial instructions will be followed.” Not the right strategy to make a customer happy.
On a scale from 1 to 5, EssayThinker.com gets a big zero from me. The paper I got was useless, so I requested for free revisions (which are guaranteed by the company). The representative was very rude and started convincing me that I didn’t know what I wanted and my instructions were not clear. They refused providing any revisions, although I made sure to complete the order form will all needed guidance that the writer refused to take into consideration.
