Review Review

General Impression is a writing service that promises you to get a custom-written essay in one hour. It’s also a bidding service that enables you to choose the writer of your project and settle for a price that works for you. Then you can communicate with the writer and monitor the process. All that in one hour? I don’t think so.
Anyway, I needed an extremely urgent book review and decided to try this service, which was in my radar for quite some time. The results were far from brilliant. Let me tell you why.

You are allowed to choose among different types of papers when placing the order. The list includes essay, admission essay, coursework, argumentative essay, article review, business plan, book review, creative writing, critical thinking, thesis/dissertation chapter, presentation, research proposal, and more.

I don’t recommend using this service for serious projects of MA and PhD level; the writers are not experts on the topics they bid on.

This is a bidding service, so I didn’t expect to find a price chart at the website. I couldn’t find information about the minimum quote per page, but the lowest bid I got was $13.33. I settled for a writer who offered a price of $15.00 for my deadline of two hours, so I paid a total of $45 for a book review of 3 pages.

You won’t find any discounts featured at the website, but the bidding concept still enables you to get an affordable final price. The writers who bid on the projects are no experts; they are freelancers with no proper qualifications for the topics they cover.

Ordering Process<

First I submitted the instructions for my paper and waited for the writers to start bidding. I spent almost two hours looking through the bids and communicating with three different writers, so I wouldn’t say that this service is perfect for urgent orders as it claims to be. The deadline was two hours from the moment I chose a writer. That being considered, the paper came in time, but I lost a lot of time before finding a suitable writer.

The company reserves the money as soon as you choose the writer, so this functions as a pre-paid service. I tried getting a refund, but that didn’t work.

Contact with the Writer

I was able to contact the writer throughout the process, but the communication was not that effective. The support system at the website does not function at all.

Finished Work

I lost a lot of nerves before I got the (extremely urgent!) book review. Imagine my disappointment when I realized that the writer paraphrased reviews from Goodreads, which my professor would immediately notice. Of course, I asked him for a prolonged deadline and ordered the review at another website.

I saved the worst part for the end: the last time I opened the website, my computer went all slow and unresponsive, so I had to spend additional two hours in repairing it. My honest recommendation is to stay away from
